I was been here last Saturday. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is very fresh especially I loves the hand made warm chips and Taco so so much! I made an order for pick up today also.
I called the restaurant yesterday night and double check if I can pick up my order today. The lady I don’t know who took the phone call, she made sure yes!
But when I came here right now, the kitchen even didn’t prepare my order, and if I still wanna get the order, I have to wait 2 more hours here, which made me so sad. The manager his name is Alberto, he is really a great manager and do best customer service.
He gave me another order( which is exactly the same as my order just uncooked) without charging, teaches me how to steam the food very patiently.
Even more, he gives me some free snacks, and chicken nuggets to show his apology.
I can’t believe what Alberto do for me today, but it’s a true story, so amazing.
If you come over this restaurant, please ask for Alberto! He is the best, one hundred percent!
Haven’t been here in a few years. Came back because of an offer. Food was decent but not over the top. Kind of bland. Service wasn’t as good as in the past. We had to ask for chip and drink refills more than once. Staff was nice just over worked. We would come back with an offer of some sort but not at full price.
Happy hour from 3pm-8pm everyday, and the prices are amazing - $4 beers & margs, and appetizers starting at $4. The atmosphere is relaxing, we sat on the patio near the fire. Staff were all very friendly. Food is great and you can’t beat the price!
I love the patio dinning area, amazing food And fun beverage selections. The staff is amazing and hospitable!
Awesome service and great deals especially on taco Tuesday. Pepe and Tavo are always taking care of us at the bar. Great seating all around nice patio section.
The food wasn't too bad. The wait for our food was about 15 - 20 minutes though. We ordered the mucho macho appetizer, a gigante burrito and 2 item combos. In the combos we tried the chicken tamale, chile relleno, and shredded beef taco. The chicken tamale was pretty good, the beef taco was ok and the chile relleno could have been better. If you do decide to order the chile relleno, request it without salsa or with it on the side because the order comes with salsa on top of the chile relleno and the salsa makes the chile relleno very wet and mushy.
What a great restaurant! I've been taking my team here for taco Tuesday each week and we love it. Upbeat cantina atmosphere and generous margaritas. The outside area can be quite noisy when musicians perform.
Alcapulco’s is great! Really good happy hour even on the weekends! Check it out!
I love this place! I went there on Saturday breakfast and my experience was phenomenal.
The vibes are amazing, the waiter was really great he kept checking on us and being super nice.
I ordered chilaquiles and the shrimp and crab omelette both of them were beyond amazing. Full of flavors and the omelette was cooked to perfection!
I would definitely go back.

Stopped by this amazing place on our drive back home to SD, the service was amazing and the food was so good! We will definitely be back!
