I called at 9:20 p.m. the phone was "busy" until 9:25 so I drive down there, 9:36.. I tell the young lady I tried calling and it was busy and she said their phone "wasn't working".. So I ask for 2 cheese pizzas n she says they can't make them since it's close to closing...SOO AKA you had yalls phone of the hook so you don't have to make any more orders and yalls work ethic stinks! I could understand if it was like 9: 45 or 9:50 but yall had plenty of time to make it, you didn't want too..had my hungry child in there too, we had a long rough day too..lieing, lazy, poor work ethic is what it is!

I Placed an order for 4 hot and ready pepperoni pizza's from Coshocton lil ceasers, under my last name. Sent a friend to pick up the pizza. Lil ceasers didn't have 4 pepperoni hot and ready's ready, or even an order under my name for that matter! I called to speak to the manager to see what he would do to make things right with me and all he proposed he could do was to re submit an order for 4 pepperoni hot and ready's. I gave the manager my first name and last this time. I have 9 kids here who now have to wait a total of 45 mins jus to finally get the pizza I ordered initially.... People need to focus on doing their jobs. Would have been nice to have gotten some type of compensation for the inconvenience and wait not to mention, now I have to make a 2nd trip just to finally get our dinner....🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

This ceasers is always on point. Great service. Great food. Always hot. Never forget items. Matter if fact they have NEVER had to remake my order in the almost 2 years I've been going there. Lot usually has some trash but it's a major intersection with access to their strip mall and two other fast food joints.

The food is good on and off but the customer service could be better. I asked for a Half and Half pizza meaning the half pizza and half cheese sticks not half cheese half pepperoni. They should have ASKED me to verify before just making a half cheese and pepperoni. Customer service is always key to making sure you get what the customer wants and not what you think they want. Just as a foot note: We as customers are not here to train employees of companies. If you don't train them properly don't hire them or be in business.

Just tried the new pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust...well I wanted to try it but it was so greasy that I spent the first hour getting the stains out of my chair seat. Then it wàs under cooked so had to put it in the oven at home just to finish cooking the dough. By the time it was ready I ended up eating bread sticks and a sausage pizza, so maybe the left overs will be ok?
