Wendy's

This store has made my order incorrectly 9/10 times I have ordered. They also make their burgers and sandwiches at a much lower quality compared to other Wendy's. The dining area is run down and usually dirty. The staff arent particularly friendly either. DO NOT GO TO EAT HERE. Wendys is a good franchise, but this location is terrible.

This Wendy's is awful every time that I have been here the service was slow and the crew is rude. I had to wait to even get someone on the speaker for at least 5 minutes with no one in front of me. The girl in the window was not friendly and pretty much acted like I was an inconvenience. The food was good but our drinks were carbonated water with no flavor that we just threw them away. This Wendy's really needs help! I'm no longer going back here I'll drive 20 minutes to go to newcomerstown where I've never had a problem.

Yes my order was wrong and items were left out but I called and spoke with a manager who was very pleasant and was polite! He replaced all my whole order. Maybe because I called and I was not rude. Thank you for working a job I know I hate yo work and plus we are all humans we were made to make mistakes and then given an option to be able to fix them! Plus the crew is entertaining when you go in to eat. Thanks Wendy's crew and managers keep up the good work

The staff was upset when I asked for no salt on my fries. I paid $18 for food, just drop my fries again for two seconds. The manager made a comment about how he should’ve waited to make the rest of my food then. Why be rude? You’re in a customer service position. Keep your comments to yourself. No need to be rude to customers, in front of children and other customers. 😑

Went there and asked for crispy bacon on my baconators they did not come with crispy bacon... like not even close to crispy! They stuffed my big order in one bag.. thee bag was not big enough and they did not give me my sauces for thee nuggets!! This was all a huge inconvenience! Plus its thee only outdated Wendy's I've been to in a long time! I will probably not return!

Very long waits in drive thru. 1 small burnt chip of a piece of bacon on my jr bacon. Was missing a medium fry and chicken wrap. Staff mostly unfriendly and uncaring about their performance on the job. Bag was shoved out the window, no thank you, no have a good day, no please come back, no nothing...
