I know...Taco Bell isn't real Mexican food. In Texas they call it "Tex-Mex" food. Whatever, I like it. I especially like the crunchy tacos, and have developed a way to eat one without it breaking up. Also, the "Pintos and Cheese " is a tasty treat that reminds me of growing up in the Southwest. (We ate a lot of pinto beans... love 'em).

I went through to order my food at the screen the girl had a huge attitude over the speaker did not want to even take my order. She gave me short answers and was very sarcastic when I asked her simple questions about the menu. When I get up there she bagging my food starts eyeballing me and giving me dirty looks. She’s a bigger islander girl. When I told the girl at the window she should talk to her co worker about being more polite she threw an attitude. Got my food pulled off looked in bag they didn’t cut the quesadillas and they spilled all our fries around the bag. You guy should probably find more mature employees who can handle the job. I think these girls signed up for too much then they asked for.

There's one employee I dont want to give the name of that is A LOT and often unpleasant and mean to other employees. Hopefully they find a better fit for employment soon. We love taco bell.

Food delivery driver: Hit or miss for timely and accurate orders. Doesn't handle high volume well. Need to double check orders.

They got our order wrong. When we asked for a burrito supreme they gave us a sloppy bean burrito and their mountain dew baha blast tasted like sparkling water and they were rude about the straws and on top of that they didn't give us enough straws and the second baha blast drinks didn't really taste any different

I have eaten more Taco Bell since Covid than the rest of my life combined. And it's usually at 3am. I'm a plain person. I eat my burgers with ketchup and mustard only. Plain rice & chicken (I'm a bro). So I love Taco Bell's soft tacos (meat, lettuce, cheese). I have had problem in the past with customer service here and didn't feel welcome, but haven't had that experience recently and I'm grateful for that. They also issued a refund and a coupon without making me feel like the pos I felt like for even asking. The food is still Taco Bell so you get what you pay for. Some dog food tests as higher quality. But issuing you guys a RARE 5 stars. Good job guys, don't mess it up
