Don't listen to the locals. There isn't anything special about this very overpriced place.
The "colossal" burger is tiny. At the very least put some salt or paper on the patty. Bland unseasoned meat isn't appetizing.
Everything is small for the price it cost. The sides are tiny little paper bags.
My chocolate shake was low grade cream soft serve with chocolate syrup mixed in. Not even real chocolate ice-cream. For five bucks I expect a real shake.

I was pretty disappointed with both my burger and fries! Burger was plain no flavor at all lettuce was old and brown, cheese looked old as if it had been sitting out for a couple of hours. The fries had been burnt everyone of them! Will not return nor recommend to anyone i know

Great atmosphere! Their outdoor area has string lights. They have an awesome kids corner, also booster chairs and high chairs. The employees are polite and experienced. Inside, they bring your food straight to you using a number system.

Very good! Never been before. Gluten Free bun for my burger was a big plus. Maybe should be five stars for that.
Never eaten at a Burgerville before. Got 1 /2 pounder. Lots of meat, maybe too much. Perhaps should have added more toppings because of that. I have nothing negative to say. Good service.

Great plant based shake. The bean burger was delicious but the fries were too small and delicious that I got sad when I saw the bag after we left the drive-trough. I will definitely go again and order a larger fry.

I can honestly say I am disappointed with this place. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru first off. Then end up paying just under $10 for a fish sandwich and fries and not even have it include a drink. The last draw was finding out my fries were stale and cold. It upset's me that their going to charge so much more for less quality of food. The sandwich was over cooked too. I didn't have time to go back since I wasted my lunch time just being in line.

This place is yummy most of the time, but their condiments/sauces are somewhat unpleasant. It taste way better with my condiments at home.
