Coffee was made to my liking. I was easy to place order on the app and pick it up in the store.

Laney was super nice and upbeat. It isn't often that you have someone who actually greets you with a smile. I tried the bacon breakfast taco, and it was surprisingly really good. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the refreshers have changed. I liked that they used to have fruit and you could taste the mango and pineapple each, now the mixture taste like orange kool-aid mixed with something else.

This time my coffee was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee with the amount of cream and sugar I asked for, stirred up good. Sometimes it's not so good. Maybe warm and can barely taste the sugar, either it's not put in or they don't stir it and the sugar sits on the bottom which is annoying because it's hard to stir my coffee while driving. That's why I taste it before I leave.

This Dunkin was small. It's in the gas station store. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Never had a bad experience in here... Perhaps I didn't visit enough during my stay at Cortland. Anyways, my order was never incorrect and they are about average in service time.

Close to work and I like my iced coffee from them. Sure they can get a little busy with customers but this happens when a store offers great food/ drinks to go.
