We loved dining here. The staff was really nice and the food was amazing - not a cuisine I was expecting to be done well in a city like Corpus Christi which is overflowing with seafood and grills. The kitchen is able to make vegetarian and vegan modifications as much as possible. Don't let the mixed cuisine scare you, their pasta was as good as their mixed platter. They also allow alcohol BYOB at a small fee (best to call ahead and confirm if you plan to bring in your drinks).
I had a Greek salad with the gyro meat on the side. I did not think to ask at first for the dressing , but the tazaki was very lemony for my taste. It was very thick, I just thought it had too much lemon. The bread was hot and soft, maybe a touch underdone , but still good. My server was very nice, and she kept my water glass full and checked back often. It is out of my way for lunch , but I will go back. Nice inside , it was cool , very laid back ( of course, almost empty , it was after 1)
Nice selection of menue items from a very worn bill of fare. Service and food were good. Inflation has taken a toll on dining costs. Facilities were a little worn. Parking was scant, considering the low rainy head count in the dining room.
