Terrible customer service, carelessly prepared food... Even for a McDonald's. And they have an aneurysm if you ever use the mobile app. And they don't throw ketchup in your bag when you order fries unless you specifically ask for it. Not sure why I expected anything else on a facility run by the stellar and super competent individuals over at the United States government.

Staff was friendly and food was fine... But 30 minutes in a drive through just doesn't work for anyone's schedule

This location is 24 hours. It has a outdoor seating area but nothing for the kids. You can tap into McPlay on a Mobil device if your kids need to be entertained. The dining room looks clean, soda station clean, my coffee came hot and fast. I didn't do the drive thru so I can't speak on long waits like the others.

What you expect from a Mc Donald's but they get it quick, had a few missed items.

So the 24 hour drive-thru sign is a lie and they switch to cash only for a few hours every night. Not sure if they realize that they're on a military base or not. Hate to give a low rating because the day crew definitely cares, but the night crew needs to step up their game.
Edit: had to go inside because the curbside app didn't work... Wish I didn't. Food all over every table, trash cans were overflowing and lettuce everywhere.

Very busy and disorganized place. The tea dispensers next to the soda machines were empty so we had to go back to the counter just to get unsweetened ice tea. There were no ketchup packets in the bin either. Maybe we went at a busy time but I think management needs to stay on top of their facility.

Stand there for 10 minutes no one helps on the cash register. Only one kiosko was open and a big line. Try to ordered online. Just a waste of time.

High calorie of items will keep you energie all the day. One small item near the 500 calories. With the heavy sugar drink and hashed potato fried will have 1600 calorie for the breakfast. Delicious
