This restaurant is gorgeous inside! The staff were extremely friendly and timely. We enjoyed cocktails and the jumbo shrimp cocktail to start our meal. It was plenty for 3 of us to share. The shrimp was fresh and crisp and nothing less than we expected! Our party ordered the Prime Ribs in 10 oz and 18oz and the swordfish. The cuts of Prime Rib were tender and flavorful. Just beautiful cuts of delicious beef! The swordfish was delicate, yet meaty. All dishes were beautifully presented! Just wonderful! We enjoyed our meal with rolls and asparagus. I highly recommend this restaurant for their tasty menu and their professional staff! We frequent fine dining restaurants all over the nation (and some parts of the world). This restaurant is right up there with the best!

Dining with a beautiful view of the San Diego Bay. Elegant and variety of tasty dishes. Cocktails are a must too. Service is good. Dine outside for a beautiful experience, or sit inside where it looks like an aquatic attraction. Hidden jem in Coronado island. You can even ride the ferry from downtown and just a very short walk from the Coronado ferry center.

Had friends come visit from Chicago and Denver for a bday weekend celebration. This dinner was supposed to be one of the best moments of the entire weekend. Not so much. Had to wait a bit, though there was a reservation. The ambiance was fun, lively conversation all around. We ordered our drinks, was well over half an hour to receive. Two of us (including myself) ordered dirty Martinis, bland and warm. The others said their drinks were watered-down bc the ice had melted. We mentioned to our server what was going on, she explained there was only one bartender. I ordered another one, as the other 4 were just getting annoyed. When the food finally arrived the ones that ordered fish seemed to be pleased (which makes sense), I however ordered the filet mignon (1st in over 7 years). To say I was not impressed is an understatement. I have had better at an Outback Steakhouse chain. Our server brought us the birthday ice cream, began singing and then walked away after the first verse. Manager finally came to help solve any issues, explained how they were short on staff, etc. Not really our problem, lower prices on the menu or seat less people. He did remove the cost of our drinks. The servers looked a bit sloppy, the food basic, and definitely was embarrassed. Minus the view and somewhat cool (yet dated) decor was about the only thing satisfying. Would not recommend.

Had the artichoke appetizer ( lovely aioli!) crab spinach omelette, and a cucumber honey drink. A lovely experience with warm and friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Would say the food was of great quality with a flavorful array of well combined tastes. Will definitely be recommending to a friend.

We celebrated Father's Day. The view is perfect with the water and the SD downtown buildings. Food is okay a bit pricey because they have a pre fixed menu that day $69 per person. Additional $15 for small lobster. If you made reservation online make sure confirm directly with the restaurant. They didnt have us on the list so I had to make another reservation. Not sure if it is the open table app. fault or not. We had the coconut shrimp, swordfish oscar and prime rib/lobster. Paid $350 plus tip. No refills on tea drinks. Its a good place for special occasions and mainly because of the nice location and view.

Peohe’s food and service yet again 5 stars. We were seated outside, it was little cloudy and windy but heated lights next to each table made it comfortably warm. Mango Mojito cocktail was great, shrimp cocktail never disappoints-had that before and as usual fresh and tasty; grilled shrimp+artichoke languine with feta cheese (surprising combination) tasted really good and so did the filet mignon with crab tail. Our server did excellent job and overall great experience. Definitely coming back and highly recommended; reservations needed though, it gets busy.
