First time in this fine little gem. Carol took our order and made sure my group was satisfied and happy with our detailed orders we placed.
We were very stuffed and can not praise this place enough. The flovorful gluten free menu selections were really well thought out.
We will definitely comeback to enjoy this place again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Friendly enough last behind the register. Great selection of coffees and dairy free options. Pastries were tasty. Ordered the latte and rose matcha latte, both of which were delicious me had beautiful cream designs in them.

That was amazing! I had the grilled vegetable bowl and a beet juice. Both were incredible. Very casual atmosphere with wonderful staff. Seating was available, but pretty limited. Music playing. Two rooms to sit with the volume a little lower if you want to converse. Nice vibe. Really loved the place!

This coffee was shop was nice and clean inside. I ordered the salted maple iced latte and it was smooth, delicious, and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and would come again.

I’d give them 6 stars if so could . We spent a week in San Diego and this was my go-to for gluten and dairy free food. I had the Chilaquiles and a gluten and sugar free banana muffin. Seriously I was giddy . Sooo good . My husband enjoyed his meal just as much and he isn’t on a restricted diet . The staff were super friendly and the store was clean and attractive

The food was delicious and all was presented beautifully. My only complaints are that the food didn't come out all at once, and the price of everything. It all seemed a bit pricey for what we got, and the set up.

Friendly service, extensive menu including vegan options. I had the roasted greens bowl, which was tasty but definitely could’ve used more kabocha and polenta croutons (only had about three pieces each). The Brussel sprouts and kale were on the tough side, which was disappointing. The vegan, gluten-free chocolate-oat cookie was more delicious than expected. Dog-friendly space is open and airy with bright, cheery ambiance. Street parking only – I may have gotten lucky by finding something right in front.

Parakeet Cafe? More like Paracute Cafe!
We stopped by the Coronado location and snagged Chilaquiles and a veganized Surfer Burrito (I subbed avocado for the eggs that it usually comes with to make it vegan.) Will definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu!
