Chose this place while looking for a more traditional bar. With the exception of a small outdoor seating area, this place is a single room basement bar. A nice temperature on hotter days, I’d imagine!
Good selection of craft beers and really friendly & helpful staff. Had some very tasty tacos as a light bite and all was really good. Would definitely recommend.

Eric was our bartender and made a great experience and place awesome! The other patrons were V friendly, too! Shout-out to Jeff! The happy hr is on point and their burger hit the mark too. Will be back soon and recommend you go if on the fence.

Had a very relaxing time here for lunch. We sat outside with our dogs. The food was amazing. And the service was great. The soup was my favorite. Highly recommend

We went at a perfect time. Plenty of seating for lunch on a Friday. All the food was great and well presented. The staff were very friendly. Also, the Tavern is in a building with public paid parking which is nice as parking can be tight on Coronado. Will return.

Fabulous all around!!! We shared the Porterhouse Steak for 2. The steak was cooked to perfection. The cocktails and wine were delightful in the rustic yet spunky Atmosphere . Our server Shawn was outstanding. Very attentive and prompt.

Really good food. Great service. Specialty drinks are tasty could be a little stronger but maybe that's just me. Whiskey sour was more on the sour part than Whiskey.

Had a great light dinner while sipping on some Rittenhouse Rye and watching some sports. Food was good, service and atmosphere to match while chatting with the bartender. Great location to take a stroll around the area too as there is lots to do and see.

Hidden gem on Coronado Island. True craft cocktails made with unique ingredients, beautifully presented, with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. If you don't accidentally walk by, make sure you stop in for at least 1 drink.
