These empanadas are delicious, highly recommended. If you are in a rush For faster service I recommend ordering ahead. The wait time can be 15mins

I’d love to give this place a 5 because the empanadas are good but really horrible service. They really need to get their act together. Ordering party platters from here was really a hassle and in the end not worth it. I called in advance and paid and then called the day before to confirm and then 1/2 hour before I got there and like I said a hassle - definitely not a helping here again just so I don’t have to deal

Empanadas here are always fresh and good. It’s unfortunate they get a simple 2 flavor ordered confused. Everything has to be picked up from a window and there is not organization where the line forms or who goes first. Great product, but poor execution skills. Require a little bit more organization. Will return, the empanadas are good and they did offer to fix their mistake.

If you want a great quality empanada at a pre-inflation prices, look no further. Empanada Cafe serves a large selection of traditional Colombian empanadas. Only problem is trying to find parking. Go with a buddy so someone can wait in the car while the other runs in to grab deliciousness.

Cute little store with no dine in but great empanadas. Wish they closed later but it gets dark fast so I get it. I recommend the Maduro con queso for a delicious sweet and savory empanada!

We love this place. We placed our order and Jacky said it would be about 15 minutes. Within 7 minutes they call our name, we take our bag and leave. Now we are on the LIE during rush time and I start looking through the bag. I came across the receipt and it said Online Order. I saw that there were gluten-free empanadas, I turned to my fiance and said this is not our order. I immediately called the Cafe and they knew there was a mix-up. They said that there were 2 people with the same name. We went back and they gave us the correct order. I told Jacky that we ate 2 empanadas and she said don't worry about it. Jacky was very accommodating. Their selection is very different. You must try the Banana and Nutella Empanada. So, so good.

Came all the way from the Bronx to this gem!!! The chicharrón one was amazing, the owners also gave us some on the house!!!! We nibbled on the empanadas so fast didn’t take any pics but totally reccomended!

New owners post covid. Menu has changed. They dropped the chorizo and potato which was my favourite. The green sauce is different. Still best empanadas around... Same owners?why did you change so many things? I have been eating here for 10 years, your recipes are different.
