This place is very good...I ordered four pieces of chicken tenders combo and these are tasting great, despite the chicken tenders that isn't hot enough to see the steam coming out of chicken tender that have eaten. We'll be back in about two weeks when my dad want to eat from this place! Please respect the posted rules that must be wearing facemask when entering this place!

Their system went down, but the employees on duty decided not to tell people until they were already at the speaker. Even with several of us honking to be let out of the drive thru, the employees choose to let the last served customer plug up the drive thru until their food was eventually ready. When i pulled up all the employees were as far from the window as possible, so i yelled, then the girl closest walked over, rolled her eyes, and closed the window in my face. And now it's on Google.

I just want to say that I had a good experience going to this Jack in the box. This guy named Carlos was in the drive thru and he was the reason I had a good and fun experience. Thank you Carlos for an enjoyable experience.

I received the nicest service from Carlos at this location. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I got our order promptly and hot. It was a nice surprise to have a nice young man deliver such great customer service at a fast food restaurant!!

Horrible!! The order was wrong and the soda machine was out except the sprite. So, wanting me caffeine😳, we where given choices of Water, Sprite or Orange Juice! I saw them making milk shakes and my daughter wanted one anyways so I asked" Can we get 2 Milk shakes and 2 sprites? The guy at the window was like " Umm NO!! They have to be equal or less value to soda. I didn't know water was equal to soda!?🤷🤔.. I say. Then he argues with me. Very professional!😧👏👍 Just don't go to this location!😠
