My wife and I stopped in and got a couple wagyu burgers. They were slightly cooked on the outside and red raw inside. The french fries were good.

Nestled amongst a gas station, Subway and convenience store sharing the same space with no walls, I was a bit skeptical. My apprehension was ill fitting as the service, quality of food and jovial friendly exchange left me with smiles and a very satisfied palate.

Great customer service. The staff there were so kind and friendly. The reason why I say this is because many fast foods have rude cashiers but the cashier, her manager on duty and the one who makes the sandwiches were all nice. Altho they didn't have any keto friendly meals, they were nice enough to do a lettuce wrap reuben at my request and omggg the sliced corned beef was juicy with its sauerkraut in crispy fresh lettuce. I normally don't do reviews on this kind but I wanted to acknowledge them.

Friendly service, fast service, only complaint there was only two tables

I arrived at this Corning, Ca Arby's 20 minutes before 10:00pm, which is the closing time posted. They wouldn't open the door or even acknowledge the fact that i was there watching them ignore my questions from the doors, nor the fact that I watched them acknowledge an incoming call to their store that I was making. (STILL STANDING OUTSIDE OF THE DOORs with clear view of them.) They then proceeded to ignore the phone as if it wasn't ringing!
Do not recommend this Arby's Location! 🤬
