Great, speedy food and wonderful service.
I accidentally left my bag full of all my important documents here and the staff kept everything safe for me for an entire week before I finally had an opportunity to go pick it up. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person regarding this was especially helpful and kind. Very thankful of all the folks at this Taco Bell!

Worst fast-food food customer service in Corning. No counter service. Watching customers leave out the door daily without getting someone to take their order. Sorry for the franchise owner.. Food is great when you finally get it. One girl doing drive thru but is not capable of of doing counter too. Poor mgmt. Someone always doing dishes instead of taking orders. Give credit where credit is due . Observed Mgr telling potential new hire Taco Bell only hiring. night shift only.Somebody needs to step in and help

They are getting worse and worse at night. They had no steak, the tortillas and hard shells where raw/not heated up. Our whole meal was not edible, only things good where the nacho fries. The soda tasted bad, they gave us only one napkin and no hotsauce. And it took close to 15 min for our food and no one was in front of us.

This location without fail. literally EVERYTIME I go there I always order for 7 people and they never get my order complete! Always either mixing up the special ordered & at least 1 missing item. Food is okay, staff are okay. They simply cannot count product.

For a fast food it took 20 minute's to get are food and they didn't have the box we ordered but did have it all if I ordered it individually so I got charged all most double very poor experience for taco bell in Corning I won't go back

Giving 1 star to this places customer service is being generous, although the food was fine we unfortunately we're helped by a younger blonde young woman, which from the start was rude, and made it known that she did not want to be there!

They didn't have any beef and they could only take cash, despite all these problems, I was able to order using the mobile app and service was very kind.

It's fast food, so nothing really outstanding about the place, they do take a long time to fill an order that's for sure
