Fantastic customer service. I was in a party of 25 to 30 people tonight and we didn't call ahead. The staff had 2 new waitresses on tonight and they had only been there for 2 or 3 days but they did a great job and the food was really good also. Thank you so much for handling all of us on such short notice. I hadn't been there in a very long time, definitely not since it was remodeled, and it was tons better than it used to be. Once again...great job to all!

Let me start by saying the food was delicious, the reason for just three stars is because our first order was completely burned and shortly after opening the box we ended up throwing it away. However, when I called back they were happy to help and replace everything that was burned. The girl that answered the phone was extremely polite and so was our delivery driver. They both apologized and made sure our second order was fresh and came in a timely manner. We were very satisfied, and I wish I could give it 5 stars. I'll say if my first order wasn't burned there would definitely be 5 stars !

I went there twice. The first time we all stood there for over 10 minutes and the wait staff could not stop talking long enough to seat us. The second was for the buffet and the service was prompt although since it was a buffet they didn't have to do anything. And for the buffet they definitely make sure they don't put the popular pizza out. I was there for almost an hour and not a single pepperoni but there was a point they had 2 mushroom pizzas out at once. I ate a lot of bread sticks.

This was the best pizza hut I have been to. The workers were fast, friendly and very helpful. The food was quick, hot, on time and made correctly. My only problem is that I live to far to make this a local hangout. Way to go guys will definitely stop by if in your area.

I normally only pick up or carry out when I eat here, so I can't speak to delivery orders. But the food is great the majority of the time. Once in awhile the pizza or breadsticks do seem slightly undercooked, and it seems there's not nearly as much pizza sauce on the pizzas as there used to be. However the staff has always been kind, quick and helpful.

I'm going to start with the pros. The waitress, although shy, was very sweet. The food was cooked all the way through. The temperature was decent inside the building, and the bathroom was clean.
Now for the cons. The floor wasn't clean. The pizza was sub-par at best, and it didn't match the order completely. They ran out of spatulas and claimed it was because they ran out of water. The wings were delicious but we were missing two, however they did take $5 off for us. Even though the waitress was really sweet, her service was slow. It seemed like they were quite unorganized.

I order for my deaf friend and they constantly get the order wrong. Today, she didn't even get CHEESE on her pizza... at all (or on her garlic knots, which she paid extra for). The delivery was late, as it usually is. I tried to call 3 times, with no answer. Once the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. This is ridiculous, even for fast food.
How low are their hiring standards and why does this keep happening? I've worked in fast food, so I understand mistakes every now and then, but this consistent poor service is unacceptable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean. Fast service and since there were so few people there during lunch, they asked what my favorite pizza was so that I could have it for the buffet. Wonderful experience and I will definitely go back again.
