Pizza Hut

Pizza arrived like warm and incorrect. Had to call the store 8 times before it connected and did not hang up on me. Informed gentleman the issues and he acted like what I was saying wasn’t true. I offered to send a picture showing incorrect item ordered. Also, would not redeliver pizza that was already paid for, so had to go pick up if I wanted it. I lost money to pizza that wasn’t even good. Will not return.

Horrible Service!!!! We ordered a pizza and as per the tracker it went into the oven 1 hour after we placed the order and 35 minutes later said it was in transit for delivery. The driver never showed up! I called the location but by this time they were closed. I phoned the manager the next day and she blamed this missed delivery on us "the customer" she said the driver says no one answered the door. I have a ring camera and security cameras and I assure you no driver ever approached my door. Either they went to the wrong house or was just being lazy. Nonetheless I told the manger most delivery drivers will call the customer if they can't locate them or get an answer at the door rather then just claim they could not deliver. When I told the manager we would take our business elsewhere she said "ok" and offered no apology. We ended up placing an order with Dominos and the service was fast, friendly and everything arrived hot and fresh!!!

I ordered 2 medium pizzasto be delivered. They never showed up so I called with no answer. I went up there to get a refund. They basically called me a liar that he delivered to the correct address. They refunded my money. I went home to check again and they delivered to the address next to mine. By the time I opened the box it had ants crawling all over both pizzas. Disgusting.

Never got my food, since they use "door dash" as their delivery service I could not pay cash, I wasn't called or notified. It wasn't until 25 minutes after the promised delivery time I decided to call to see what was going on and she told me they could not deliver unless I had a card to pay, she said she called me but my phone number said "please check the number and dial again" did she try that...nope highly dissatisfied with this order, and I used my reward points for a free medium that I wasn't credited for.

I ordered online at 6:11 and was told 20-30 minutes. I arrived at the store at 6:30, and did not get my pizza until 7:00. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even came out front to check if I'd been helped. There were 4 other people there waiting with me. When I got home this is what my pizza looked like. The pieces were unevenly cut, some were big, others were tiny. It was also not hot and the cheese wasn't melted like it should have been... It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Frankly, if I could give no stars, I would.
