Mcdonald's

This will never make me eat out at any Mcdonalds again. 1. Customer service is a joke here whether it’s the disrespectful high schoolers or long term employees. 2, Around 9:30 pm (oct 14th) I went to moon Mcdonalds after work, I asked for a 10 piece meal with a mocha frappe for an upcharge. I went down the street to getgo and drank a little bit and automatically thought they gave me a chocolate milkshake- already aggravated because this Mcdonalds always seems to screw up orders. I went back to get a refund because obviously I didn’t order that so I wanted to get a Coke instead. THE MANAGER came to the window to look at it and specifically said “oh it looks like they gave a mocha frap but it had to have been sitting out” and I’m not going to repeat on here what I said. So I basically received an old a** mocha frappe, he tried to then say “well it probably wasn’t sitting too long” either way it’s in the Food Temp. Danger Zone !! I work in food industry and know all of this. Then waited for about 2 minutes for someone to hand me my coke that was SITTING ON THE COUNTER and decided to leave because everyone loves to be texting on their phones. But this location has done it for the LAST time and I will contact the health department.
