This place used to be a decent car wash. The gentle touch has no soap when it’s washing your vehicle. It left my vehicle extremely dirty still. I went to get drying towels from the dispenser near the car wash and it ate my money. Did not get my towels that I paid for. Very dirty facility and very expensive self serve car wash considering most of the options only work part of the time.

Used the dog wash for the first time. It had all of the necessary amenities and was perfect for our large Bernese mountain dog who hates baths. The room was heated and the water was a perfect temperatures. The room was equipped with gloves and the door locked for safety of the dog. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Since they won’t respond to email maybe they’ll respond to a review. After wash pictures speak volumes as does their customer service (or lack thereof). Many better options in the area that I drive past weekly. Before judging please look at my reviews I almost never post negativity. It was really just that bad.

This review pertains specifically to the touchless wash. I've used touchless washes before, some good, some okay, but this laser wash was horrible. Waste of money! My car looks worse after the fact, than before and it wasn't even that filthy since I hand washed it the weekend before. 100% do not recommend the touchless wash.

The 24 hour self-service dog wash is great! Our dog, Chloe, is an 80lb lab/greyhound mix who is super excitable and anxious around other dogs. So, we took there at around 11 PM and it was deserted - perfect for her! It’s $10 for 12 minutes and they have many soap/conditioner options. Cash or credit cards. There are two dog wash rooms that are completely separate from each other. The doors close and are heavy, but there is nothing holding them closed. So, be careful if your dog is prone to run for the doors when off leash because they may be able push them open. The rooms themselves are large. More than enough room for two people to move around comfortably. The tub is elevated a few feet which makes it so you don’t have to bend down to wash. There’s a small lead that clips on to the tub that you can clip to your dogs collar. My dog was a little tall for it, but I was able to loop my own leash around where it connects and that worked well. The water takes a few seconds, but it warms up to a really comfortable temperature. You have some control over the pressure of the water depending on how hard you squeeze, which is nice for when washing around the face and ears. There’s a vacuum and blow dryer inside the room, too, which are both usable within your 12 minutes. The blow dryer was pretty strong, but only blew room temperature air. It works to get a good bit of the water off, but won’t fully dry if your dog has thicker fur. So, bring a towel to finish the drying for sure. They provide a table with paper towels and plastic gloves. It was nice to have somewhere to put our stuff down that wasn’t wet concrete. Overall, a great experience. My only gripes (and they’re small ones) are the cool air in the dryer and the noise level when you’re running it. The room is all concrete, so it’s quite loud when the blower/vacuum is running.

Used the dog wash for first time. . Overall was fairly good. The water was cold and no soap until 1 minute at least into wash. I don't know if it is because I was first customer of the day and it takes time to 'start up'. Or this is normal. Also the water flow was not very strong so it took longer to wash. I have a bigger dog and 12 minutes was not enough time and I didn't know if adding time meant another $ 10 so I could not finish drying my dog. But I had a towel so not a big deal. Facility was clean. The vacuum was not very strong and the blow dryer was not hot at all. The lead was broken so I had to tie my dog with his leash. These are not big show stoppers . The convenience of standing up to wash my dog and having everything I need soap, conditioner, blow dryer made it worth it. Next time I will bring my own shampoo. Personal choice because I didn't find their shampoo very lathering and didn't smell. My big dog still smelled like a dog after his bath.
