Dunkin'

This was our first time at this location, and it’s our last time here. We are all humans and feel frustrated at times. But when you are working in costumer service you should know to calm your frustration and know that you are going to be busy. 👎costumer service: 1. The lady didn’t greet us 2. Her voice sounded rushed and annoyed to take the order. 3. My husband had to add one more thing and she went and said “with a loud tone, yeah I’m listening” 4. When we paid, it was a different person again didn’t greet us. Gave the card to my husband almost throwing the card back to him. 5. Overall bad attitude! Food: It was ok, the sandwiches we order were cold. It’s not worth coming to this place at least not for me. We need to normalize kindness and professionalism! Hope this lady’s and man’s Day get better!

I've forgotten how many reviews I've written for dunkin. But like all the others, they sell coffee and lots of it. They sell doughnuts too, oh and these little packs of bacon snack things. - which are quite tasty. I will no doubt be back to dunkin again, maybe even another branch / store. Where yet again, I will write another review telling everyone that guess what, dunkin sells coffee. Anyway, the coffee is of a good quality, the service is good too. The drivethru is convenient and I sometimes wish they were open a little bit later.

This is my favorite Dunkin store. It's close to where I work. The people who work here are pleasant and you always get a good morning. I've never had an incorrect order. If you order on the app make sure you're close. They're fast with the orders so if you're not there in ten minutes the food will most likely get cold.
