Jasper's Backyard

Always enjoy eating at Jasper's Backyard. We ate out in the courtyard by the garage bar. What is nice about the garage bar is that it has bathrooms and can exit through so you do not have to walk through the tables to do so. Everyone was polite and professional. Our server only check in once or twice. The food was outstanding. Good portions for the price. Will definitely be back.

Had a great time meeting up with friends. The 4 of us each enjoyed everything we ordered. Corn dip appetizer, wings, a seafood dish, burger with bacon jam, and brisket sandwich were all made as we asked. Perfect ratio cosmos and espresso martinis! Love the penny floor! Would def come back! (Oh yeah, for those worried about parking they offer FREE valet.)

Jaspers was great! From the second you pull up to the restaurant, it was definitely a wow effect as it was not what I was expecting. I met my girls inside and we had sangria, punch, mojitos etc. A little on the juicy side but still was good. Buffalo cauliflower, yum and so was the garlic chili wings. 3/4 got burgers and 1 got a shrimp blt wrap. My opinion on the burger, it was okay. I didn't love the homemade pretzel bun, it was a bit tough to bite and pull and the burger itself was a 6 out of 10 on the tasty meter. Would I order it again maybe with some modifications. Extra Bacon jam (since it wasn't consistent on the whole burger), and maybe brioche bun.

We had a wonderful evening with great food and service. It was extremely busy at the restaurant and bar and as is often the case it seemed that they may have been a little short-handed. Nevertheless everyone on the staff worked as a team to ensure that the food and service didn’t suffer. We had a need for special accommodation and in the midst of everything going on the manager happily made sure it happened and the wait staff couldn’t have been nicer to us. The food was unbelievable. Everything was so fresh and right off the grill. Which was amazing that they expedited everything so well. Thanks Jasper’s!!
