Outback Steakhouse

Just got done with a great meal! Really hit the spot. I was looking forward to this meal all day. We have not eaten at the Outback for a while and I had high expectations. The meal lived up to everyone of them! My steak was cooked exactly the way I like medium rare not to done! The staff was friendly and everything was wonderful. Will definitely be returning again.

My steak was cooked as I requested. That is a good start, but at the same time, it was not a great steak, it was a better cut but it was unremarkable in every way. I've had better steak in much cheaper places. The service was more than reasonably good, the store was clean, but after the fact I can really say I'm looking forward to going back.

I had not been to an Outback in a while but went for a fundraiser event. Was given a short wait time to be seated and the text that my table was ready was right in the window given. Was seated and waited a little bit for a server...not crazy long but when the server arrived she apologized as there was a mix up on who the server was for our table. Very professional. Order was placed and drinks, apps and food all came out quickly, hot, correctly cooked and was delicious. Definitely will be back.

I'm not one to write reviews, but my last visit here was so awful I'm just hoping the proprietor and/or a manager sees this so they know what's going on in their store. I have never ever received such bad service when dining out. No greeting until at least 10 minutes in (which wasn't even a greeting) and finally got water after 20 minutes by asking the server multiple times. Another drink didn't come out until 30 minutes. I can understand when restaurants are busy but there were less than 5 tables in the entire restaurant. We discussed getting up and leaving the entire time. At least make up a reason for why everything is taking so long.. instead she kinda just ignored the whole thing. The jokes on me for trying to go to Outback for my birthday dinner. Left and got a birthday dessert somewhere else.

It had been awhile since our last visit. Things have changed all for the best. All items were very good from the hostess to our server and last but not the least the food. The steak dishes came to the table hot and prepared as ordered. The chicken dish came out very good and prepared as ordered. The twisted ribs are an item to try. I would say if you have not been to Outback in awhile he'd over to this one and enjoy a great meal with family and friends.
