Just left this Starbucks and while I was waiting I noticed their team working together like a well oiled machine. Everyone was doing their part in finishing the orders and without bumping into each other. It was a tense environment because this particular store get heavy traffic in the AM but it was a stressful environment, they were super calm and friendly. Great job!!!

I am so so grateful for this Starbucks and every one of the staff members in here they have called me by name and know my coffee and treat me so graciously every time I come in make me feel welcomed and valued the coffee shops right by my gym so I'm here daily delighting in this Starbucks store thank you so much John Vicky and the rest of the beautiful staff there you guys are amazing

Zero stars, worst customer service. The girl did not look at my face or call out my name because I asked for consistent drinks of the same kind. This happened today at 11:30 AM today.

I took a picture cuz the cashier today told me they’re out of ice coffee but put the reason I wanted a refund in the receipt was: “didn’t want” such lie. Most of the time they would say they’re out of ice coffee I’m giving corporate a call. Also bad customer service, rude employees, racists. I guess I’ll have to drive all the way to the one on concord blvd it’s sad cuz this one is the nearest to my apartment.

I go through the drive-thru every morning always been good and fast but since the young lady moved on or works a different shift the drive-thru has gone down took over 20 minutes for 4 cars this morning to get my drink and it was wrong and the person repeated my drink back to me

I only gave them two stars because of the nice staff but other than that this place is so busy and packed that it lacks consistency! I order the same drink from Starbucks every time I go and every time I come here it taste different. The drive thru line is ridiculously long in a parking lot that is always full and inside is not any better. I prefer goin to the Starbucks in Park N Shop on Willow Pass by Fry's!

Starbucks coffee is burnt (over roasted), bitter, and just downright awful! but I do like their honey citrus mint tea.
Customer service at this location is spotty.
