Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and this is what I got.. it didn't come with anything else, no rice, no beans, no lettuce, etc. Is this a joke Chipotle? Do you think this was a funny prank? It's unbelievable, I was so excited waiting for this ordered and I had to get something else. And on top of it, they charged me full price. This is unacceptable. Never getting Chipotle again

My wife ordered a burrito chicken bowl through Doordarsh and received old chicken left over with ingredients in a dirty bowl. Never will be at this place ever. They either don't train their employees well or employees doesn't give a darn and are just doing anything they want. I spent over $30 buck on 2 items I ordered and this was unacceptable. I could expect they forgot the item but never expect they send a dirty bowl wirh left over of chicken it was disgusting and that tell us that this restaurant don't follow city regulations for hygiene when preparing food or they just have bad employees working there.

I do love Chipotle and I know it's not the spots fault, but they were out of a quite a few things or they didn't want to open up a new one. Queso blanco was out! Pollo Asada was out too. I wasn't even offered chips, but I probably wouldn't have wanted them with out the queso blanco. BUT - portions were great!!!! Staff seemed friendly and quick to work.. so kudos to them.

Yes😀😀😀😁! I went in there to get something for my tum tum and let me say this😊, the food was Excellent yes😊😀! My order was the Steak bowl and it served fresh, piping hot plus Service with a smile yep😀😁! Rachel and her crew were very courteous, professional in there duties and I had the Best,Best experience ever yep😀😀😀! Plus I went back to work Happy and had a Good rest of the day as well😀😀. Last but not least, they knew their menu and products very well like 2nd nature yep😀😊. If you hungry for some Good cooking 🥘 and be treated with Good Old Fashion Customer Service, go on over there when you are on lunch time😀. You’ll be Glad you did and tell them Jonny Highly recommended it😀😀🥘😀., p PS, alright now😊😊! I just came from Chipotle’s and look what I bought yep!!!! Check this out everyine😊😊!!!!! Almost 8 pounds of Good Vittles with all the fixings yep😊😀😊!

This location is the absolute worst. Employees are slow & always have an attitude. We place a mobile order & the promise time was set to 5:10pm. I showed up around 5:20 & the store was dead yet my order wasn't even made yet. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before someone started making my order. Now the food It was horrible, cold & old. The chips were stale. My girlfriend got a burrito bowl & only about half of it was filled & they forgot the meat. My burrito wasn't any better either. Looked like the dude rolled it while having a seizure & it fell completely apart when I picked it up. My burrito was also missing meat. Chipotle needs to come through this store & take care of these issues.

Mobile Orders WILL NOT Be Ready On Time! Multiple times. Came in 15 minutes after pickup time and they hadn’t even started just now. Stale chips more than once too, so check before you leave. Also they forget to add some of the requested items. Previously they hadn’t yet started a mobile order AND they were out of multiple items.
