This store is a good option since it doesn’t seem as busy as some of the other Chipotles in the area. There is a huge park lot out front and after dinner, you can grab an ice cream at Baskin Robbins and they pay your cable bill at the shop next door. Total convenience.
Like most Chipotles, the only frustration is if the staff makes food for online orders instead of serving those standing right in front of them. It’s something I do not understand since the most important people are the ones in your shop, not the ones who dial food orders via an app. But since they try hard and there is always a place to sit, I highly recommend this shop if you are in the area.

Where to start, if I could leave no stars I would. My daughter dances in the complex and comes about 2 times a week and without fail the service is awful. Tonight was no exception. The employee was rude, slammed the bean spoon down so hard beans splattered all over, tossed the chicken spoon with such force into the container everyone looked up, and then sent the bowl down the line in a disheveled push. No forks, garbage cans full, soda station a mess. No manager is on-site, no matter what day you go. This is one of about 20 stories I could tell of a complete lack of care. One day I watched the employee drag a rag down the line and it went into the bins of food, pushing back in old food along the way. This place needs so much help and supervision. Won't be back!

Just horrible, the serving sizes are just horrible, I made an order online and this is what I received. I can see the bottom of the bowl on both plates. They have a small scoop of rice and sprinkled chicken and beans on the sides.

There was 3 people behind the counter, but for some reason the pace everyone that was "working" was extremely slow. Employees being slow, that is fine, but what made me give this place a 2 stars was the portion. I understand that depending on who is working, the person that scoops the ingredients can varies in terms of portion. However, my experience today was ridiculous. The lady that scooped my choice of meat only gave me half a spoon/scoop full. In the end my burrito bowl was only 2/3 filled. I will never go back there again.

Online burrito order was so small. I. Complained and they just rewrapped it to make it look bigger. Chipotle quality control is going down the tubes.

Came here for dinner at 730pm and I was surprised at how many items they were missing for a time that's considered high traffic. No efforts to replenish the beans, salsas, or drinks. Not sure if this location is under staffed but the facility in general had a lot of trash on the floor and the stalls in the women's bathrooms were all missing toilet paper. Only good thing was all the parking.
