The Cheese Steak Shop

The cheesesteak sandwich itself is not too bad, not excellent but just not bad. The steak is good, however the cheese did not fully melt. The employees are very friendly and hard working, I feel welcoming when I was ordering there. The restaurant itself probably will need some works. The dining area is a little dark and the exterior of the shop looks old. I would recommend this place for sure!

Truly, do not bother to go here. They used to be amazing and I would now classify them as barely edible. Out of 4 sandwiches they only got one correct and it has all the special ingredients (spinach and mushrooms) clumped at one end. It was if they had dumped the spinach out of the freezer box into one pile and did not bother to mix in with meat. Person that took our order was rude and curt; sandwich makers were not much better when delivering food to counter. Again, don't waste your time or money, go someplace good.

SLOW AF. pre-ordered 90 minutes in advance and still 15 minutes late. But those delivery orders sure are on time! Guy at countered went in circles and looked lost. Maybe the one down the street on monument is better? I think my order would have been done quicker if I just ordered from the counter.

I gree up in Concord and have always stood by this shop as the best in CoCo. last few times here were a huge disappointment. Today ordered two Phlly Joe KINGS that were anything but. hardly enough cheese to make a regular, For sure did not get the xtra 50 percent more meat and cheese I paid for in either sandwich. Get it together guys..
