Villa Italian Kitchen

Went to get a Stromboli. I was greeted in a very low and unwelcome tone. I was told the Strombolis weren't ready. I want even offered a time of how long it would take. So I tried to order a value meal with garlic rolls. Again, the rolls would not be ready. I asked how long and he said 16 minutes. He didn't hear me when I asked for 2 slices of pizza and walked off after only putting 1 in the oven. Told me to get my own water. And just acted like I was an inconvenience. The pizza was ok, but the mood was off putting. I will not go back until moral improves.

I ALWAYS get great service there with the happiest employees. The manager there I think his name is Tommy is always soooo cheerful, helpful and putting a smile on everyone’s face. Would love to work with him. He is so helpful to his employees acts like they are his friends which you do not see much anymore. I highly recommend the food and service here ♥️

I didn’t get as far as actually eating any food. This review is based on rude customer service. i came to the mall early and decided to get a bite while waiting for stores to open. There were many restaurants open already and the food was already out on counter at villa. So i walked up to the register where there was an employee leaning on the counter. There was also a manager standing by. Neither greeted or acknowledged me. Still i said hello and proceeded to start me order. The employee just stared at me kind of blankly. I said “oh, are y’all open?” and he just said “12” it was 11:50. no problem but hope ride is that? I’ve was a little embarrassed and apologized. No response from manager or employee. I walked off and will NEVER eat there.
