Girl why are you getting annoyed with me when I asked you exactly if downgrading my drink would charge me lol... you said no don't worry. Than your manager fixed it no issues when I asked. Learn that kind of customer service, hide your attitude or get out of the customer service jobs. If you would've been listening you would've heard me tell your manager I'd take the cup it originally comes with. Now if I throw my fries or drink back at ya, not that I'm the type, let that attitude show. Just a tip from a past high school fast food worker. Been there done that. 👌 Hopefully my food is yummy. Definitely fresh. Thank you kitchen

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a cake to be picked up the next day. When I went up to the counter I was ignored by two girls complaining about their schedule. A good four minutes later one of them finally turned to face me. She did not greet me just stood there for me to ask for what I needed. When I said I need to order a cake, she went to the back without saying a word. Finally, I worked with what I am assuming is the manager. As I was leaving one of the girls that was originally complaining about the schedule practically pushed me out of her way as she was leaving. I went back a couple days later to order through the drive thru… thought it was going to be a better experience as the drive thru lady who took my order was great. When I got to the window however I was greeted with a price total and after receiving my blizzards they turned away with not a single thank you or have a nice day.

3 days after the opening of a new restaurant and they are back to their old ways. Noticed they didn't have the trainers in today and it reflected in the quality of the blizzard. I got a blizzard on Tuesday when they opened, and it was perfect. Didn't matter how long the wait was, that blizzard was thick and perfect. Today, it is soft and runny, and I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive through to get it. And I noticed the girl making them tonight used to work at the old building and every time the blizzards were the same. Disgusting. You should not be able to stick your spoon to the bottom and swirl like a milk shake. Might as well go back to Freddy's, at least they are consistent.

Honestly this DQ hasn’t changed a bit even though they remodeled. I have been there several times and every time I’m there i get something wrong in my order. Kids messing around inside the kitchen is unbelievable. This is why so many orders are messed up. I like to order the banana split and somehow they always get it wrong or with something missing within it. I also got it all melted from it sitting on the table for too long. I also like to get the chicken strip basket and last time I got it, they didn’t put the bread, dipping sauces, and they forgot to add my sundae with it. Literally the worst wait ever and not worth it. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, it’s always a disappointing experience.
