Sandwich was alright delivery was all right but drink was nothing but ice and when I called to talk to the manager manager he lied about how much ice they fill the cups with. So I suggest if you are thirsty get your drinks from somewhere else.

Good food, ordered sandwiches and only got one of two sandwiches and when i called the store they accused me of trying to scam them out of a sandwich, after 2 hours of phone calls back and forth i ended up having to drive to the store to eventually pick up the sandwich that i paid for delivery and tipped for, will never eat here again, don’t make me feel like I’m inconveniencing you or accuse me of trying to steal when you guys made the mistake. Was one of my favorite places but rude managers and terrible customer service ruined it for me.

Best staff, great customer service skills, always get my order correct and like the slogan says, they're definitely "Freaky Fast"! I have a bit of an addiction to JJ Sandwiches they're soo good! Lol

I ordered 50 minutes before my lunch break! Called 5 minutes into break and thry haven't even sent it yet. So i didn't get food until at end of break. Well over an hour after i ordered. I already tipped and now wish i never ordered.

Asked for #11 got a #16, asked for no tomato, got tomato, never even said oregano and she added that to it. Probably won't be back at this rate. Listen to your customers a bit better in the future.
**I will note they did send me a gift card after I filed a complaint on their website. I gave it to my SO and he said they made his sandwich right, but he had it straight off the menu with no changes. But I will up my stars for them making it right the second go for him.**
