Subway

I helped a colleague order online for a pick up and the final receipt did not match the online order. My colleague picked it up and when she went to eat it and found it wrong, so she called and requested the sandwich be remade. I returned with the receipt and sandwich. After I spoke with a worker, the likely manager did not approach me but rather spoke to me across the room. “We can’t give you a refund, we can only remake the sandwich.” I responded that, “she (the worker I spoke to) is remaking the sandwich.” Even with the order in hand, it was not toasted as requested and the second cheese that did not make the receipt was ignored. I advise bringing a copy of the online order when you pick up, as staff seemed doubtful of errors.

Came in to this subway right after lunch rush. Drinks and chips were still fully stocked, food tasted great, and almost all the tables were clean. Customer service was lacking but the food was great and store was clean. Increase in customer service would make this a 5-star review. Thank you guys for lunch!
