They have improved a lot. Last time I ordered a pizza it was good. I got half cheese and half pepperoni large pizza .

No customer service skills. Very ghetto. No manners. Held me 4 different times and got attitude for asking to be serviced. Managers don't care and just as ghetto. I see east columbus has a reputation and will keep it with the workers they hire. Terrible. 1st and last time calling. I didn't end up getting anything. Zero stars but Google makes u leave at least 1 star.

Make sure the advertised delivery times on your website are accurate. Pizza was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my order. Which was one Pizza and some boneless wings. Couldn't even get my change that was due back to me because the driver wasn't sent with any money to make change. At least my order was right and hot.

I no longer order pizza from anyone. It's not that Pizza Hut makes a bad pizza even though they are kinda pricey. The reason is the entire city of Columbus eateries is staff by people who have no clue about food sanitation practices. They eat out of the prep line, wipe the counters with nasty rags, and given the pandemic....no thanks. I own an air fryer that turns a cheap Kroger pizza into something just as good as anybodies and for a lot less money.

Skip this place. I ordered delivery hoping for a nice nostalgic throw back--who didn't love Pizza Hut back in the day. Had to call the store to find the delivery driver. They were MIA for half an hour with my food. Delivery finally showed up an hour late, with only a part of the order. Driver had to go back to the store, came back another half hour later with the wrong thing. So somebody else is missing part of their order too. Was hoping for something nice. Ended up with a massive disappointment.

Very bad experience, got orders wrong and tried to explain how they just couldn’t correct error but said they’d put a credit on account to get said incorrect order for free another day. Got rude response and told they didn’t have it and basically called a liar as if I called Pizza Hut to steal $8 like I have $8 sir I just want the stuff you owe me and not have to pay extra for your inconveniences.
