I ordered via the app as I assumed that would cut down the wait. I checked in upon arrival, the screen showed in the kitchen as the status. After about five minutes the status disappeared. I assumed it meant they are on the way. Waiting an additional ten minutes my order is delivered. I handed the bags to my children and drove off(my mistake). Unfortunately the only thing that had some heat to it was one hamburger. My Bacon Toaster wasn't even toasted. I had visited this location the day prior and had the same issue with the onscreen order status. They eventually had to look the order up and get it recooked. I assumed this was a misunderstanding but now I see this is just their normal poor operating standards.

Excellent service over the intercom when placing order, even during the meal when asked by a worker if I needed anything. By far this is the best Sonic location I've ever visited just because the customer service was outstanding. Ordered the #16 Breakfast Toaster with bacon, tots and Root beer light ice. Order was delivered quickly and was perfect aside from not enough egg on the sandwich, for a bacon lover however, it was a dream come true, but the sandwich didn't lack flavor at all, you could still taste the egg, pretty well proportioned! HIGHLY recommend this location.

I would not eat from this Sonic location if it was the only place left in the world to eat. The food was cold, and burnt. We ordered chicken tenders, they had been cooked hours before and left sitting out. Intended of toasted bread we received a piece of light bread. And to top it off called to speak to the manager only to discover the manager was the person who severed is the food. This is the poorest representation of a Sonic franchise I ever experienced. This location proves if you are hungry you will not eat anything.....

Our food took 30 minutes. It was all cold. We didn't have any of the sauce we asked for. We asked for extra marinara for cheese sticks and honey mustard.
We didn't get any sauce at all. None of the sandwiches had condiments that we asked for on them. We had to ask for straws. It took 10 minutes for them to bring change back out. I ordered a kids chicken finger for my son and got 1 chicken patty, not chicken fingers. It was a horrible experience!!

I ordered on the app and waited 45 minutes once I got there to bring my order. After 30 minutes the wrong order was brought to me. 4 attempts at the right order were made before I asked for the manager who came and said “what is it that you don’t want”. Which was nothing and a refund. I have been to this place a few times. This was the most annoying, inconsiderate, horrible experience I have had there.
