My Husband and I have been looking for a good steak house. A coworker told my husband about Old Hickory and how good the steaks always were when he ate here.
We decide to try it out on our Anniversary.
We were so happy we decide to try this place.
BOTH OUR STEAKS WERE COOKED TO PERFECTION AND REALLY TENDER. GREAT FLAVOR!!
We don't splurge on steak dinners very often, but we will be more than happy to choose Old Hickory again for when we do!

Great ribeye steaks, baked potato, toast and salad. A little pricey but well worth it. The menu has very few options, only steaks! Customer service was great.

Super simple menu, but they don't play around with their steaks. The most tender cuts of beef grilled to perfection. Awesome

Best steaks ever. We drove from Tuscaloosa, AL as do many people. We will do it again. My only complaint is the middle of the restaurant is too dark.

I found this place when I came to work at our plant in Columbus in 2009. The reviews were mostly 5 star so I gave it a shot. No disappointment on the food. I transferred to our Georgia plant in 2010 but get to come back and work with the local plant team fairly often. This is always a place I visit if I am here for a few days. Nothing fancy for sure, but you get a damn great steak!! I had the 14oz Ribeye cooked medium and as always it was cooked per my order.

Amazing! I asked for A1 and the waitress asked me what was wrong with the steak? She reluctantly found a bottle and brought it to the table... I put a few dribbles on the first bite and then tried a piece of steak without it... needless to say, I finished the rest of my 12 oz strip without any A1 near it. When they say, best steaks ever... I totally agree! 😊👍
No A1 (or any steak sauce) needed!

I love the simple menu! My husband and I went on our anniversary and got the steak for 2 and it was TO DIE FOR!! I've never gotten bad food or service here. The interior is a bit dated but I don't even care when the food is so good lol
