I ordered chicken nuggets. 40 to be exact. I asked for the BBQ sauce and Sweet and sour. All I got was ketchup. Thank you so much but I will not be shopping there again.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’m not one to even want to leave reviews, however this is necessary. We walk in and stand at the register to order for about 5 minutes. A few employees walk past us as if coming back from break. We are not even acknowledged. So we start trying to place our order at the DUMB KIOSK which is so ridiculous. It took over 5 minutes to order because of all the extra questions it continued to ask. I then still had to go to the register to get our cups. I waited over 5 minutes there as the cashier was more worried about door dash and perfectly placing the stickers. We waited close to 15 minutes for our food after that. The lack of simply acknowledging customers was disgusting.

Took my grandchildren they like their happy meals ! All was well till my grandson sit in a chair that had sticky pop in it !! Tables and chairs had not been properly cleaned from prior use ! Hopefully the owner or manager read their reviews and fix this !!

For a McDonald's they are fairly slow and their employees are always arguing amongst themselves nearly every time I go through the drive thru. I gave them 3 stars because the food I receive is usually above average for McDonald's.

Haven't had McDonald's for a while... Lst couple times I had it from other locations it was quite horrible. I was pleasently surprised today. The food was good, fresh, and hot. After almost 3 years... I may start going there again regularly.

The 3rd street McDonald's is a jeckyl And Hyde. Never have any issues in the morning for breakfast but some of the worst service at night. If they have a 30% accuracy rate on orders after the sun goes down I would be shocked. It's managed so much better in the morning. The night managers should be embarrassed

The cashier was very kind.
It is a bit inconvenient to have the sweet tea behind the counter instead of in the lobby. I imagine there is a good reason for it though...sweet tea thieves?

I live in Blue Springs but work in Lee's Summit and this McDonald's is by far the cleanest I have ever been in. Food is always fresh,hot and made correct and we have never had to wait. The staff are all very friendly.
