Pizza Hut

Really bad experience, had a online pick up order, the pizza crust was broken at several places, holes were poked in crust. A frozen pizza would have been better option than this location. The cashier added his own tip on my card after I signed the receipt. Shut this place down, never going there again.

6:10 PM on a Saturday evening,ordered pickup.. Large pepperoni,large sausage,personal pan cheese. Got stuck in between cars in the drive through line. It’s now 8:20 pm and I just got home with $40 worth of pizza. I’ve seen a lot of bad service in the last few years but this one hands down beats them all. The attached pics represent $40 worth of pizza. Pay attention Pizza Hut because stores with service like I received this evening is precisely why Pizza Hut is failing. Avoid this location,too many other choices to have to pay for garbage like that.

We ordered the new Edge Pizza with thin crust. My husband and I agree; best pizza we have had from this Pizza Hut in years. Crust was crispy; lots of toppings; absolutely delicious!! We'll definitely be ordering this pizza again. Please give this pizza a chance. Think they are under new mgt. Again, it was delicious...YUM!!

My friend and I decided to order the dinner box from here yesterday and ordered it around 2:30, said it would be here and ready around 3 or so. 45 minutes pass by and the pizza still isn’t delivered, then it reaches to an hour and decided to give the store a call. No one answered, sounded like they just hung up the phone. 2 hours pass by and I called this store not once, not twice, but 12 times with no answer. Even tried calling through the ordering line and got transferred to a supervisor with no answer. We finally eventually go to the store and I go in and tell them that we’ve been waiting for 2 and a half hours for this pizza. The manager looks up the order and another lady comes by and says she delivered it, climbed up the stairs, knocked and everything. I told them we never heard any knocking, and we definitely would have because we were in the living room the whole entire time. Even if she did come up the stairs and knock, why wouldn’t she just leave the food at the door? I’ve already tipped and paid the delivery fee. Anyways, they tell me they’re going to remake the order (which took another 30/45 minutes of my time) and apologized. They do remake the order, but completely forgot the extra breadsticks I used my points for to order and just completely gave up asking because it was all such a waste of my time. They didn’t bother to offer paying me back for the fee and tip I paid for food I never received and even though I didn’t use many points, it’s still something I could’ve saved. The customer service here is absolutely ridiculous and I’m not surprised on how much this place has declined since I was a kid.

Decided to give Pizza Hut another chance after over a year today. At 7:30, we received our delivery order. All we had ordered two pans of the chicken pasta, and asked had upgraded to cheese sticks. Hard to mess up, right? When we got our food, the cheese sticks were missing and the pasta not only looked but tasted as if it was made hours ago and was not warm. I have called multiple times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. Twice, I selected “new order” on the phone and asked to be transferred to this store, but no one picked up. I try to be understanding, as I also work in fast food, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t recommend ordering from this store.

Don't get delivery- we ordered online and it said it would be here by 6:50pm. I waited until 7:25pm and then tried to call them, but was hung up on and didn't get to talk to anyone. Right after that I recieved a text that said my order was out for delivery, so I thought, "Okay, that's fine. They're probably short staffed." But then I get another text several minutes later from Door Dash saying the pizza will be delivered at 8:09pm. So from the time I ordered to the time of delivery is 2 hours. Once we finally got the pizza it was just okay. Not warm and crust was soggy.

I have mixed feelings about my recent delivery order. Delivery was on time, driver was nice. They did not skimp out on toppings which I really appreciate. Both pizzas ended up being ma huge bummer though because there is almost no sauce on either one. I think they knew they messed up because they even sent a side of BBQ sauce. I wish they would’ve sent tomato sauce too, because I can’t taste it at all.
