I asked for a lot of pickles on my sub. The thin scare hair girl told me I could only get six pickles max. She could have just charged me for extra pickles. Customer service needs work asap.

Order on doordash a all American sub they just put bacon on the sub on my other sub none of the veggies I wanted was on the sub and this is not the first time they really just don't care I do not recommend at all

12-5-2021 10:45 ish Walked in no one was in-line we were excited lady at counter looked at us 2 different times and still would not walk over to help us or speak to us. It’s sad that we walked away feeling discriminated against there was no other reason to ignore us. We are in 2021 .. you work at a restaurant serving people. If your unhappy don’t work there!

Went here to get my son a drink and a pretzel after we were heading out of walmart from shopping thought it wouldn't be any longer than maybe 10 mins at the most since there was only 1 person in front of me .... waited 30mins. Had 1 person in front of me and 1 person behind me. This is uncalled for seriously!! I asked the guy after he had waited on the person in front of me and making the lady's food behind me..look what happend to my pretzel and all he said was OH MY BAD and grabbed it out of the microwave. I was standing at the register waiting like how did you forget I was standing there or not see me still waiting. Very very furious. These 2 guys that were there were seriously slow moving had NO pep in their step at all. This was around 5ish on Monday labor day and 3 people in line including myself. I would have understood if they had been busy. Ridiculous just for a pretzel and drink. Will never be back.

Ordered a sub from the subway app to be picked up they said it would be ready at 5:30 I got there on time and they had one employee there and he told me they was closed

Very slow. The girl that was making my sub was also making somebody a salad and was dripping things on my sandwich I told her I didn't want it and she became very rude

When I came in there was literally no one in there and when I asked someone sitting down they told me they were off clock that the lady stepped out. I literally waited about 15 minutes before she came back inside.

Its all right. The people working there arevery person working at the airport thruway subway. They are very prejudiced. They have all black people work they are very prejudiced. And goofing off off. But they are not going to change. That is the way they was raised.
