Last two times tried placing carry out order on Friday or Saturday night, (online of course because nobody will answer phone to order with an employee directly) my order has been screwed up. I specifically asked for NO PICKLES and of course on the $15 overpriced sandwich it has pickles soaked with pickle juice into the bread. It has a sticker on the top of the box that clearly says no pickles. Ruined! The app pre sets the pickup time for a hour and twenty minutes later and doesn’t allow me to modify it. I’ve sent feedback to corporate but nobody cares. Understaffed, watched multiple people get turned away. I just received my order at the carry out counter pictured, checked it out in front of the employee and YES, third time. Same thing. It has pickles again. Now I’m waiting longer for another sandwich to be made while my the rest of my order gets cold. But a minute later they brought out my “new sandwich” from the kitchen and sent me on my way. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

7/17, ~4:00p The manager was an awful person to the staff, but the waiter we had was fantastic. They were short staffed and had some call-ins. Sad to see the manager take it out on the staff that did show up to work. We made sure to tip well and thank him for the great service despite the apparent working conditions.
Will see if we still have the receipt, and update with our waiter's name if we have it.

I have came in the past. The waitresses I would get were not the greatest. Today 4-15. I want to praise Alexis. She was courteous and came to check on us the perfect amount of times. I know its hard being short handed and busy but she kept a great attitude.

The restaurant was not very busy but it took awhile for our food to arrive. By the time my wings arrived I had almost finished my beer. My husband's hamburger arrived cold. As always, the restaurant was noisy and it was difficult to talk, but we expected that. I wish the food had arrived in a timely manner and warm. I really love their wings.

This place has gotten worse over time. It is very poorly run. They take 30mins to seat you, hosts barely pay you any attention, get your orders wrong that you can't send back because the kitchen would take an hour to send the right food back because they are severely understaffed. We experienced the pinnacle of poor service the last time we dined in. The waitress serving our table took 30mins to get our drinks and only did so after being hailed and reminded.. also, she knew the people sitting at the next table and sat down to chat and post pics on IG whilefailing to refill drinks/water at our table. Pickup is not as bad but dine in if you have a lot of time to kill and love bad service..

Had a wonderful experience with my waitress but 1 problem. THE. BATHROOM. STINKS. Worst smell ever. Please fix it. Get some air freshener or something. I ‘bout passed out. I’m in tears writing this. Very traumatic. I rate bathroom experience 1/10

Very poor management, but really cool people work here. Also this place in my opinion, is VERY unsanitary. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know, unless they want to possibly end up sick. Or if they are looking to find a job where unprofessional managers and the owner change schedules before consulting with their employees.

Placed a pickup order on phone. Got it home and two thirds of the order was wrong. 2 med 10 ct wings,and 1boneless garlic parmesan 10ct. That was the order. What we got was all 3 were boneless, and 1 was HOT and 1 MED. I know places are short help. This was all due to not giving your customers the attention you should. Pay attention, it will help your tips and buisness.
