Domino's Pizza

I've remained a Domino's customer for years and so far I used to love it. But it's time to change my mind. I ordered a carry out # 2115 with premium chicken this evening. Eveverything was right except it had no chicken in it when unboxed at home. I know it happens sometimes but kindly put a little more focus. Good luck.

The lady manager could NOT have been more rude! Our pizza and cheese bread were doughy. She refused to give us all the refund for these, called me a liar, said we were not worth her time. I called back to get her name. She refused to give it to me, said she did not care if we call corporate, and said don't call my store again. Back when I was a manager of a hotel we would have been fired for such behavior. She has this attitude and you be loosing a lot more customers. We will be calling corporate and you just lost two long term customers!!

I really like the crust on the pizza and the toppings are quite generous I recently tried to order the 7.99 lge 3 topping pizza.and was shocked when they told me it would be 19.00. I explained I was going to pick it up not have it delivered. They said to get it for 7.99 I would have to order it on line but I could get it for 20 percent discount, I said how much would that be, another shock it would be 15.00. at that point I told them to forget it I will not be getting pizza there anymore. Very disappointed. How can they justify charging twice the amount just for not ordering on line. Shame on you 😞😞😞😞

I ordered and got my pizza and called back and told them politrly it was doghy and not cokked all The way through and i asked for manager and she hing up on me and i called back and she answered and said she was The manager and i asked her name and she refused to give it and said do not call her store again and we have been going there for years and bc of this you lost 2 customers bc of a rude manager and she called me a liar saying The pizza and cheesy bread was right i called at 9:25 last night when she hung up The second time. I ordered online alast night and The name is under Michellle Leever
