Gotta love the call center. Even when they mess your order up. Can't get ahold of anyone from the actual store until you are trying to reach the call center about their mess up. Spent $60 and no answer on how or what's going to happen to fix it other then the store manager offered a free pizza for the call centers mistake.

My boyfriend ordered two pizzas from here last night. They only delivered half of the order. We had to call to call them and explain the situation and they offered to send the other pizza over. Pizza never arrived and they all but called my boyfriend a liar. Save your money, you'll never recieve your order if you live in an apartment complex, apparently.

I tend to do the online ordering, and it's always so quick and smooth. I've ordered from the Papa John's multiple times now and the staff is friendly, food is always done on time and it's always correct. 10/10 in my book!

We ordered online and got our pizza in a reasonable amount of Time. Pizza quality was great. We ordered two pizzas and my friend’s pizza had little bit less toppings and mine had less cheese but overall it was great. Both Pizza are the same but looks different 🍕

Last time we ordered from here about a month ago we ordered the shaq-a-roni and it was honestly awful. The dough was stretched incredibly thin and there was nothing good about it. We also ordered a cheese pizza along with it and it was ok but not Papa John's finest moment that night

I've been disappointed the last 4-5 times we've ordered. There's hardly any sauce and NEVER any cheese so bad that there's places all over with nothing but topping. They are way too greedy w the cheese and overly generous with toppings. Even when you order extra cheese there's barely any seen on 40% of the pizza. Disappointed they're pizza used to be our favorite. Not sure what happened

I work at the hospital and we order from this store pretty regularly. Today we ordered close to 100 dollars worth pizza and sides and received our food cold and missing all of our sauces. $9 worth of sauces. We were not notified that our pizza was delivered, which is why it was cold when we finally got it. They dropped it off at front desk and never notified it was here. I called the store to ask them to refund me the money for the missing sauces and was told they could not refund my money because it was sauces. So basically I’m out $9 dollars plus we tipped the driver $13 dollars for terrible service. How does this make sense?!
