I’m leaving my review on my second visit and i can tell you won’t regret any seconds. I highly recommend it even if you wanted to try Mexican food for the first time

This I'd an absolutely wonderful place to bring your family. The staff is exceptional and they serve you in a very timely manner. Not to mention how delicious the food is and it's always hot, fresh and fast. You also get more then your money's worth on everything you order. Whether it's dine in or take out, I've got nothing but good things to say about Riviera Maya! Thanks for your exceptional service!

I never give 5 stars, however, this is an exception because the food was amazing & cooked perfectly. Our waiter was extremely prompt in all aspects & the food was delivered fast for a dine in restaurant. Thank all of you that works there for your excellent customer service skills.

Food was really good. Our server must have had many other tables because he wasn't around much. Took forever to get salsa. No chips... Then the chips finally came and one of the baskets had mostly crumbs. They never brought more. So we had salsa and cheese dip and ran out of chips early. Otherwise, food good.

My family had a great experience! The food was very good. The carnitas and fajitas were big portions. The staff was friendly and attentive. The interior decor was really interesting.

This is my favorite Mexican place in town. They have great American style Mexican food. It's *almost* authentic but not so heavy on the cilantro and jalapenos which is how I prefer mine.
Normally their service is impeccable but this trip was very slow and not the usual attention to detail. It won't stop me from going back but I hope it doesn't become a trend.
