Mcdonald's

This location is convenient but awful. Stale biscuits and English muffins are predictable. Of course, this is takeout and we’re already home before knowing. Today was extra special. The wrapping on a biscuit contained a used glove in addition to the wrapper. Whoever was wrapping biscuits had to know their glove came off - but didn’t care enough to remove it. Disgusting. Today was the last straw. Won’t be back.

I understand Covid has most places stilllllll closing early, like places that WERE 24 hours but I arrived at 830 thinking 11pm was closing as said online but when I arrived and waited at drive through speaker no one assisted me. There were cars behind me as well. So I checked again online and it said 9pm closing soon!? So I waited another min or so and they literally cut the lights off so I went to Wendy’s!!

So I was the only car in drivethru(should have been a sign) so I proceed to place my order for a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich which I was using from the app. I asked if my sandwich could be cooked fresh no reply so I asked again and was told to tell the girl at the 1st window. So I pulled around and asked her to make sure it was cooked fresh and her reply was my manager heard you.(Now the reason I'm asking this is bc this is bc the 1st time I ordered this sandwich a few weeks ago it was burnt bread also). So I pull up to 2nd window get my drink I ask the girl if I should pull up and she says No. So I wait and I finally get my sandwich and get home. The same thing as before buns burnt and the sandwich was burnt also. You can tell the sandwich wasn't cooked fresh. It was tough couldn't even eat the sandwich. I'm so disappointed bc I choose to eat here over all the other restaurants in the area. See picture

I love the mobile app... but I hate that the doors have been locked at this location in the morning when I'm trying to pick up for several day. Yesterday my daughter barely made it to school.on time and today. I waited in the drive through, it took so long, so I tried to pull the doors to pick up my mobile order, they were both locked, so I drove around for the 2x time in the drive through. I have this problem with no other location except Milgen Rd. I'm a little upset, that alot of customer are forced to go through drive through...
