This location has the best customer service! The woman at the drive through window and registers was so friendly and helpful. This particular location stays so busy as well. They also keep the place extremely clean. The food was delicious and hot! I'm a fan of pretzels so I decided to get the stuffed pretzel pizza and it was on point! The stuffed cheesy bread was so buttery and garlicy! Just the way I like them. I would get everything again. I recommend you trying this place if you enjoy pizza at a low price.

Can't go inside because the door is locked. Sat in line for 45 min for the drive thru just to be told they had nothing but wings ready and there was a 30 min wait on any pizza. Also you can't get any specials unless you ordered online. Drive thru line was backed up down the highway. Then after ordering and paying since I had limited time for lunch was told that they were short staffed so they had no one who could bring pizza out so I would need to drive back around and go back thru the drive thru. Looked to have at least 6 employees in there but most were just standing around.

Hot and fresh is right with this location!! They are quick too!! I got to try the new pretzel crust and it was delicious!! A little too much salt on the crust but that can be worked around with a brush off by my hands. My friend had the Italian Sausage extra most bestest and they got his order right with the light sauce change. All in all worth a visit if u don't feel like doing the dishes 😉

We come here often. Unfortunately, the past few visits, our pizza has been sub-par. Both times, we came home and found our stuffed crust pizzas undercooked. Additionally, tonight due to staffing shortages, they closed the lobby. I can understand closing the lobby for customer help, but why close the lobby from people coming in and getting their own pizzas out of the pizza portal? The pizza portal, which literally keeps customers from needing any employee help? So, instead, all the people who ordered on the app and DID NOT need employee's assistance had to go through the drive through and take an employee's time away from people who actually needed it. Most people when I was there were bypassing the line which was out to the street to try to just go get their pizza from the portal, finding out after parking that they couldn't get their own pizza and having to get back in line. This seems like a backwards system at alleviating the stress on employee's.

Should be no stars. Corp was called and report online as well.. First whomever took my order was nasty on the phone.. Second took 45 minutes to food .. Then get there 1pizza was burnt on bottom , middle was raw, it appeared to be dropped and topping smeared everywhere. It looked disgusting. The girl bc she was so immature rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at me ..I ask to speak to manager. They all laughed and thought was funny. Threw other pizza across the counter. It almost slide of onto the floor. Manger never talked to me nor helped me . 18.00 and pizza was inedible... I'll never go back.. we will use dominos from now on... This place is ridiculous. I heard her tell another co worker. Nothing will be done bc they have no one to work . I can do whatever I want ! And sadly I'm sure she's correct... Absolutely no customer service in most places...
