Came here with my nieces and was so impressed with the customer service. In today's world you rarely get the service we received Jeff, Maggie, Max, and Octavia were all plesent and kind. Octavia even went out of her way to get my niece her toasted marshmallow... You guys were great!!!!

Vegan rolled from a vegan queen! Octavia was so passionate about her craft and gave awesome suggestions about mix ins and roll ins!

My waffle taco was awesome, #2 awesome, Nutella was not good according to my teenage granddaughters, reeses peanut butter and strawberries was best ever, peanut butter cup with Nutella was good but Nutella was too hard I guess because cold. I recommend it heartily

My friends and I came in to grab dessert. We're from out of town, and one of my friends noticed they advertised unlimited toppings, and asked if he could get as many as possible. The lady working the counter said since it was slow she'd happily oblige. I'd give 10/5 if I could, because my friend was so happy they actually gave him what he wanted. Great ice cream, and excellent service, highly recommend.

The icecream here is good and was well made. The staff was nice and welcoming as well! I liked the seating area they have inside too.

Their ice creams looked and tasted fantastic! Staff was friendly and efficient as well. I think you only really get what you pay for if you get a good amount of toppings but too much will ruin your ice cream.

Tasty treats made in front of you. Compared to a DQ Blizzard it's not much more cost for an all around better experience and dessert.
The options can be overwhelming so pick something premade on your first visit and once you see the process making a custom cup makes more sense.
Update(Sept '22) Still a great experience. Got to see an artist in training learning the craft. They weren't making ice cream for customers but I could tell it's a skill that takes practice to perfect.
