Sonic Drive-in

This location is so slow. They are telling people only drive thru is open, but don’t have the car hop lanes blocked off to indicate that. The staff sounds miserable. The first time I came they messed up a simple cherry limeade. If I wasn’t pregnant and craving cheese tots, I would not have waited in the forever long drive thru line. Speed it up Sonic, y’all are creating a bad name for a place my family has loved for years.

Update: Went to this Sonic Sunday, June 5, waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, only to be told that their machine was down and they weren’t taking orders! It took them 20 minutes to tell me this. They need better staff, something needs to change. Terrible. 30 minute wait for a small cup of ice. This location is always slow. Need to train their staff to work faster, be more freaking efficient.

Our first time ever going to this location around 8pm last night. Approaching Sonic, a cop with its lights on was across the street with a couple cars. As we pulled in to Sonic there were 3 employees outside. We pulled up to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for a pretty long minute until one of them gets on the speaker and says “we’re not taking orders right now”. So we went somewhere else. Took not even 10 minutes. Passed the Sonic on the way back and there were cars everywhere in the drive thru and parked. Why just 10 minutes ago you couldn’t take my order? Because you were being nosey and watching the cop across the street instead of doing your job? 👎

This was my 2nd time visiting this location. The first time I tried a patty melt sandwich 🥪 combo. The sandwich was so dry. Like the meat had been sitting out for a while and fries 🍟 was so cold. I really wasted my 💰 money. Almost $30.00 all together. Then I went the 2nd time for a carmel 🍨 sundae. The girl on intercom said they didn't have caramel only hot fudge. Then a young lady came out with my caramel sundae. They didn't seen to communicate or know what's in stock. I had to wait 25mins for a lil sundae that cost almost $3.00. You all got to do better. Nothing but teenagers working there. So 😔 😟 sad!
