Shangrila

Ordered 3 meat fried rice- chicken, beef and shrimp. Charge was 10.95. Paid 2.00 for extra 4 shrimp. Total 13.95. Got home only had 3 shrimp beside the extra shrimp I paid for and three 1/2 teaspoon size of beef. Called to complain. Lady owner got loud, went ballistic and cut me off saying only suppose to get 3 shrimp! Cause it's lunch time! Basically I just got a plate full of rice and a few micro pieces of meat for the 10.95. Very rude. Never encountered this attitude from her at dine in times. Won't do business there again.

UPDATED: Based off the owners response to my comment, I feel like I need to share this with anyone that would like to avoid a dishonest business. When we brought up that we’re overcharged, the woman said she “accidentally” typed the wrong total on the POS machine, then after a while, she went with “our prices went up and they’re not reflected on the menu”. When it comes to the method of refunding us, she was going to refund us in cash at first but then she mentioned something about them paying tax and decided to refund to my card. It’s very clear she’s panicking this whole time. As a customer, I had no problem paying the price they put on the menu bcoz that’s what the business and the customer both agreed on. BUT if the business wanna be sneaky about charging more without the customers acknowledgement, then it’s called DISHONEST business, that no customer would appreciate. So it seems like their prices on the menu is “not updated “, you may wanna double check to avoid an unpleasant experience that we had. VERY rude employee and no customer service AT ALL. ORIGINAL POST: We went in and ordered two plates to go and found out that it was way too salty as we got home. Before we left the restaurant we noticed that we were slightly overcharged with the bill (tax was factored in). When this was brought up, the women that was serving us got panicked and got overly defensive. She was loud and had a terrible attitude. She made up multiple reasons why we were overcharged then kept changing the method of paying us back the amount. Overall an awful experience! Double check your bills so you don’t get swindled like us.

I love this place!! Me and my husband order from here often. Definitely our favorite Chinese spot. Delicious chicken wings and fried rice. My husband loves the ribs. The owners are very sweet. I deducted one star only because my order was wrong a couple times and I personally think they kind of pricey yet Definitely still worth it! A must try!

Shangri-La service today was horrible they care more about making a buck then customer satisfaction I usually get the same order today I called and explained that my portion was less then half full the lady yelled at me like I was wrong and said it is never a full portion I tried explaining it wasn’t even half full, my son heard her yelling at me and said just don’t go there any more. It is my sincere hope that the owner read this and do something about it. Very very disappointed!!!
