Oh where do I start; cashier was rude and difficult to understand. Fountain drink kiosk was out of order. Sauce station was disgusting, Ketchup was completely out, no horsy sauce. One of the women's bathroom stalls was out of order. Mens bathroom was also dirty and disgusting. All while the staff is standing round on their phones. Unbelievable.they deserve a health grade of F.

I had the chicken tenders and I've had beef jerky that was easier to chew than that. It was 90% bread and a tough strip of meat right in the middle. Their fries were acceptable but some of them weren't fully cooked. The service was very nice though but I doubt I'll eat at this location again because the food quality was terrible.

Food and tea was good....
Down side: The floors were very sticky, even in the bathrooms. The drink machine did not have ice and the drink machine was not carbonated. When we mentioned it to the cashier he stated that he knew. Even the one in the back was out. We dumped our drinks, they filled us with ice and got tea.

The food is amazing!! The staff is always Friendly 👌 sometimes there is quite a wait in the drive thru line but I think that is mostly due to them being understaffed which isn't their fault and I certainly don't mind the wait for food this good!! Please keep your float drinks! They are perfect on a hot day

I used to love this location, but the last two times I went through the drive-thru the employees are condescending & rush you through ordering. They also rush you at the window and do not give you the chance to ask for any sauces. Oh & they refused to modify my order for me. Just treat your customers with respect, please!

They have the customer service, the meats and me as a customer for life. I ordered the country style rib meal and was not disappointed.

Same old Arby's high priced sandwich as always lol. When I went there wasn't many people so got my food rather fast. Can't say anything about there rush hour tho
