Wendy's

I don’t know what it is with this Wendy’s. The people they hire here baffle me. I somehow got charged $25 for a single meal. I got tired of arguing with them so I paid it but oh my god. They’re constantly yelling at me and each other. Somehow they can’t grasp the idea that a burger and fry shouldn’t be $25 dollars and after finally getting my food after about 30 min of them bickering with me and themselves the fries were only half full. I suggest either firing everyone there or just closing this place down. It’s a lost cause

I dont know who the hell was taking orders tonight at 9 pm but they weren't even trying to be helpful. Kept yelling and rushing me and sounded mad af. I work fast food and that's not how you should talk to someone customer or not. Hope whoever it was has a better night than they are currently having.

Great speed, inside all is great when comes to service, friendliness and quality... now the drive thru you have to make sure they took the order correctly, because they tend to hand incomplete orders (few times) but is because the attention to the customer is not where should be, meaning receipt and order will match but missing items ordered on both.

Hours state this Wendy's closes at 1am. Apparently this is not the case as we visited the morning of 8 April at 12:32am and received not even a wave of a hand. Circled the drive thru twice, no greetings either time from your Staff. Staff was seen inside cleaning and totally ignored our presence. Does Wendy's close for business at 1am or does staff clean and leave by 1am.
