Of the three times I’ve ordered from this location, not one time have they had my order correct. The most recent order was a salad. They left the lettuce and vinaigrette were missing. I had less than a half a spoon of meat and an abundance of rice that I did not ask for and my chips were stale. I would recommend going to another location. Service is lacking and quality control is not a priority.

All of the staff including the very new cashier were outstanding in the service they provided me. Unfortunately, when I scanned my app for a free entrée it didn't process and it disappeared from my coupons. When the manager came to assist she did everything short of calling me a liar threatening to review the video. I encouraged her to do so. It took about 20 min for her to reappear. She did give me my discount and told me not to return to "her" store again. I've never been banned from anywhere before. I was appalled because I wasn't angry, loud or upset. I asked if she saw me scan my app twice, as that is what she checked the video to see. She refused to acknowledge that I did scan it twice. Once for the membership and second for the coupon. I only wanted to hear that I wasn't being dishonest as her behavior demonstrated that I was. No problem. There are other locations.

From good to TRASH in 2 years. skimping on meat as stated in other reviews. I requested extra beans and salsa, the only thing I got in excess was like 3 portions of rice.
I don't know where the flavor went in 2 years, but please bring it back.

The food is always delicious. The cons I have is how nasty the food chain bat looks. It appears to never be wiped off. But they get your orders made quickly and get you in and out.

I have gotten takeout twice now over a couple of weeks. Both times I ordered chips and queso. Both times they gave me a bag of very stale chips. Don’t waste your money.

I go here a lot but the reason I am giving 2 stars is because when you drive 20 minutes to a restaurant that says they are open and you get there and it says on their door they are only taking online orders it is absolutely ridiculous. IF YOU ARE SHORT STAFFED THEN ONLY TAKE IN STORE ORDERS.people understand when you say you are short staffed so it might take longer but when YOU LOCK THE DOOR people don’t understand. Good food. But the manager or whoever runs the restaurant is not the brightest. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EDIT:BEEN ORDERING ONLINE NOW FOR THE PAST COUPLE WEEKS AND THEY DO an outstanding job getting the food ready on time and making sure EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG👍👍👍 it does not make much sense but they do better online than in store good job guys! KEEP up the good work

My food ended up getting cold because the person behind the counter couldn't figure out how to roll a burrito. I ended up being sick the next day so I don't know what's going on with that since this was the only male that I had that day.
