Mcdonald's

Around 10:00 p.m. we were in a long line of approximately 12 vehicles. Several customers exited the line. The dining room was not open. Whenever we reached the speaker to place order, the employee stated that they were short staffed & only serving ice cream & milkshakes. We asked about fries & she said she could fix those for us so we bought a Sundae & fries. She was courteous & polite to us, although clearly stressed & not receiving the help needed from the other 3 younger employees. If possible we would give her five stars but with such an experience, we have to give only two stars for the restaurant.

I have never had a single order made correctly here. Not that I'm ordering anything crazy, just basic meals with no adjustments. Something is either always missing or incorrect. Haven't been in months. Decided to try again today bc all I wanted was a mango smoothie. Not too complicated, right? WRONG! Despite the huge white label on the cup saying MANGO they brought out a strawberry one, which I can't consume. Not sure why, but I have a reaction to the strawberry ones, but not the mango. Employee did even say anything when she brought it out (drive thru and had me pull up to wait). Handed it to me and walked off. Lines were too long both inside and out, so didn't bother getting it fixed. Never again.

We came to this location this morning and sat in the right side drive-thru for no one to take our order and just progressively letting traffic pass us by in the other drive-thru lane, not only holding us up but the 4 cars behind us as well. Then walked inside to be told by the “manager”, that “they have the right to refuse service to anyone “. Extremely rude and unprofessional

This afternoon I went to the drive-thru at 1:16 like I do often and ordered two happy meals. After a few moments of silence I asked if the lady was going to ask me what choices I’d like for those meals. The lady said “No but you can tell me your choices”. I told her no I’d just go somewhere else and proceeded to the McDonald’s on Victory Dr and got much better service.

Food was hot but I'm not sure why the drive through service took so long. I feel like I wait way too long for fries 🍟. I received a portion of my meal but had to wait for the rest. Who wants to order a meal at a drive through then eat portions and wait on portions. I noticed at least 4 other vehicles that had pulled over to the side of the drive through along with me afterwards. I can only assume that we all were awaiting fries? The line wasn't busy when we arrived after 5pm. And when I peeked into the drive through window, the employees that I saw had on regular everyday clothing, no uniforms. But, I guess the important thing is that the employees were at least, at work. I can't say whether I would return or not maybe during the daylight hours, but I'm not scratching it off the list just yet. Though I was missing 3 packs of apple slices from 3 of the kids "happy meals" that I asked for. Didn't check the boxes until we were home and didn't want to drive 15 minutes back for missing apple slices. I'm on the fence, but if you visit this location, check all your food before leaving the premises.

My daughter waited for a good amount of time and ended up with warm fries and cold dried out nuggets. You grown adults should be ashamed of the service you provide to paying people. Its obvious you don't care about your jobs anymore. Shame on you. Stay home..you'll do BETTER there. Maybe. Waste of MONEY.
