Food not hot or fresh as promised. I requested hot fries through the drive thru. They assured me that they just took some out of the grease, only to receive them and have to go inside and have them make some that were actually fresh. The attendant was very nice and accommodating so this made my trip to this Wendy's more positive.

My order was incorrect & took a while to come out. The person delivering it curbside wasn’t particularly friendly. Not sure if he spoke a word. Maybe I’m too polite. Food was okay. Refund process pretty annoying. We’re still waiting for a response from the company regarding a refund for the forgotten food.

I just left the drive thru and they forgot an item that I ordered I didn’t realize until I got all the way home which btw is on the other side of town. I then tried to contact this restaurant multiple times and no one picked up the phone. Gas is ridiculously way too high to drive all the way back over there and I am not pleased at all.

I’ve ordered delivery and/or pickup at this place 4 times via the app. Gave it 4 tries and they’ve gotten every single order wrong. Call the store, no answer. Then you use the app and put in a ticket and get no response. The customer service is an embarrassment to the service industry. Never again.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Gave my daughter spicy chicken nuggets in her kids meal. My daughter couldn't catch her breath for a while. Definitely contacting corporate.

Their food is always fresh and they're super nice and friendly at the Wynnton Rd location.

I came to this location the other day and order one 6 peice spicy meal and one original 6 peice nugget. It took well over 15 minutes and the like wasn't long the lady who took the order had an attitude and my Nuggets weren't fresh. Maybe hire some members who follow the food guidelines.
